Our New Place

We went to take a closer look at our new place today. It needs some work. The neighbor verified that it was some teenagers that broke into and vandalized several vacant homes in the neighborhood. This happened before we saw the house for the first time, and even through all the debris and broken glass, I could see us living there. We've rented for so long though we're ready for a few do it yourself projects. Consider these pictures the before shots.
